My husband and I very much enjoyed working with Catherine and Ramiro Vargas as the videographers for our wedding. They are some of the kindest people around and listen intently to what your vision is for the video documentation of your wedding. The versatility of their work is so impressive and we loved how they went the extra mile to ask us a ton of questions up front so that they knew exactly what we wanted the end product to look like. They are very responsive via text and were always easy to get in touch with. They gave us a web page that tracked each of our deliverable dates for the package that we ordered which helped us to ensure everything was progressing as planned. I made an effort to check in with them to confirm that these dates would still work and when there was a slight delay they would let me know. We are incredibly happy with the videos that they delivered for our wedding day and would highly recommend them. They managed to deliver films that were upbeat and fun but still heartfelt - not an easy thing to do!

I’m so saddened I even have to write this. I had such high expectations using Catherine Vargas as my wedding filmographer because their advertised work is abolsutelt stunning. Leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day, Catherine and Ramiro were both responsive and so friendly. We did receive our “teaser” film later than agreed to in the contract, but it was within a reasonable grace period. The quality of that film matched as to what was adertised. However, I paid for two more films (highlight an feature) that I received close to NINE months after my wedding. This was much later than agreed upon in the contract. I’m a very understanding person but received little communication regarding the delay. I emailed numerous times and had to give an ultimatum of a deadline and threat of getting attorneys involved to get proper response. While they did comp me raw footage to make up for the extreme delay and lack of communication, when I received my last two videos the level and quality of edit varied dramatically from the teaser film. I truly hope I am an outlier and that this hasn’t/ doesn’t happen to anyone else!
