I had my wedding events from Oct 31–Nov 2 and I regret hiring them more than anything. From the very beginning, things went wrong.

For my home setup, the decorator arrived 2 hours late — at 4:45 PM — when I had a 5 PM appointment. As a bride, timing was critical and this caused huge stress. My mom and cousin (who didn’t know the full setup plan) had to deal with everything. The decor was completely wrong: stair draping that wasn’t discussed, wrong colored mattresses, and when I raised concerns, I was told to just "deal with it" since they were already there. After some back and forth she sent the correct draping.

They broke my $500 custom wedding sign — and I had to pay $600 for a rush replacement the day before my events. Meanwhile, at my husband’s house, the groom’s setup was mismatched (champagne paired with gray velvet — seriously?), and again, excuses were made about "switching warehouses." His cushions were not fitted to the chair correctly so in all our pictures its sticking out of the bench.

At my sangeet, the ENTIRE dance floor was missing. My friends had to call repeatedly, and it only got installed an hour before the event, while guests were sitting there. Embarrassing.

At the reception, there was an issue with the charger plates.

When I voiced concerns, instead of any empathy, I was gaslit by Rubzy. She even said she didn’t need stress before my wedding day — when I was the client who paid thousands for this service!

Divine Decor caused unnecessary stress, disappointment, and embarrassment during what should have been the happiest days of my life. For the amount they charge, the service is beyond unprofessional.

Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
