DJ Ice was fantastic at reading the crowd. He knew exactly when to drop that perfect song to bring the energy up or when to slow things down. His transitions were seamless, and you could tell he’s a pro at mixing different genres. Every song hit just right, and he really helped create an unforgettable atmosphere.

Aman is absolutely incredible! He kept the energy high and the party going strong all night, every track hit perfectly, and the dance floor was packed from start to finish. The atmosphere was amazing, and I had multiple people reach out to me afterward just to say how much they loved the DJ. He didn’t just play music, he created a whole vibe for my engagement. My fiancé and I cannot wait to have him back at our wedding.

I hired Aman and Jess for my brothers wedding and they rocked! They were able to do a walk through for the reception venue to ensure that guests did not miss out on speeches and of course music. The dance floor was packed all night. They were able to accommodate requests on the spot. As a family we decided that we didn’t need to provide any specific playlist because we felt they could go with the crowd and the feel. But we did mention generally that the group was a mix of Bollywood, old school Punjabi, and your 2000s hip/hop.

I’ve been to a lot of Punjabi weddings and usually DJs have premixed lists that they hit play on, but they were doing everything right there and that brought the authenticity to the party. Nowadays it’s hard to find vendors who actually listen to what the client wants and is able to deliver. They delivered beyond expectations!

I would definitely hire them again for all upcoming events and I have recommended them to friends and family on both coasts and they were definitely pleased!

Awful. Unprofessional. Terrible music selection. Not worth the price of admission.

First off, I'm a small business owner, so I understand how important these reviews are and how they can crack potential future business.

I selected Aman and co. for my wedding, he was to play for three events including the Sangeet, Baraat, and Reception. At least a month before the wedding, I provided his team a list of 300+ songs, a Latin playlist, and ~50 must-plays. As a DJ myself, having played at big clubs in New York and other venues, this is a golden ticket, all that was needed is to setup cue points on Serato, hit play, you don't even need to be at the DJ booth, go get food, and dance floor would be buzzing.

Aman did not play any of the songs on my playlist. Instead, he's playing a bunch of remixes that no one has heard and the dance floor is EMPTY. He's not playing any songs I requested, Taylor, Kendrick, Snoop, JT, Bieber, Drake.. We are in downtown Detroit, home of Slim Shady, how do you not play Eminem?? If there's a few things I don't like, I don't like bad music and I don't like when people are unprepared.

About an hour into the Sangeet, an argument ensues, I ask him why he is not playing any of the tracks I requested. He tells me they are, supposedly, on an external hard drive and then begins to download the music in front of me. Really? You should come to the event with the music ready.

Ok, I brush it off, hoping next two events (baraat, and reception) would be better.

I would be mistaken.

Prior to the baraat, an hour before my wedding, Aman comes to me and says he doesn't want any 'bad energy'. Well, I don't want bad music.

We did a photo-rush during the reception where the bride and groom dash to each table and take pictures with all guests. No music is playing. None. The whole time I'm asking myself, "Do I need to coach this guy? Is he even paying attention to us?" As a DJ, your job is to bring energy and they failed, people were leaving early because the music wasn't good.

All in all, Aman's charge was ~$16k and for what he delivered, I wouldn't pay more than $200. The music selection was horrible, I know music and I'd never heard most of the music he played. Overall, just a bad experience.
