Elicia is the absolute best photographer. We've booked her for our engagement photos & for our upcoming wedding. Elicia has such a cool vibe in personality and in her style of photography. My fiancé and I are the most awkward people when it comes to being in front of the camera - but you would never know it with how she captures us in her photos. When we were in the planning phase of picking where to do photos, we were all over the place trying to figure out the best spot. Elicia was so patient and understanding and ultimately explored our neighborhood with us taking photos in our living room, a random parking lot, and a local park. She made every spot we took photos in front of look so dreamy and perfect!!!

When we first took our photos with Elicia for our engagement shoot she told us we may not like every photo she took of us and to keep an open mind, but after receiving our gallery - I can say we are OBSSESSED with every single photo. Elicia is an amazing person and, somehow, an even more amazing photographer! Elicia photographed our backyard wedding and I can honestly say that hiring her was the best wedding decision that we made, because I can relive that perfect day through her stunning eye. And, not only are her pictures literally stunning, Elicia is so sweet and was nearly invisible throughout the day, yet somehow she managed to capture every moment, and I am so thankful. Everyone says that your wedding is a blur, and it's true. So, I truly cherish those pictures and I will always wholeheartedly recommend her.

We hired Elicia after meeting in person with another photographer and doing some pretty heavy research. My husband and i were looking for a laid-back photographer with a talented portfolio, and after speaking with Elicia, we were sold. She made the meeting process, the booking and payment process, and the scheduling of our wedding day so easy and effortless. Elicia is sweet, kind, and knows how to take amazing photos. She worked with my budget and we negotiated the hours she would spend photographing, although I sincerely wish we booked her for the entire day so we could spend more time with her! But, that did not affect the outcome of our photos at all, she still did an amazing job, delivering over 800 quality photos of us, our guests, and the details of our day. Elicia brings a people-first mentality to shooting weddings, so she didn't spend much time away from my husband and I, which for us, was perfect. We didn't care so much to get 20 shots of my dress hanging from a tree as we did getting the smile on my grandma's face after I just became a married woman. Elicia showed up on time and acted professional and very sweet to all my family and friends. We had a long list of family shots that she got easily in the time allotted. She worked quickly, smoothly, and barely made us realize she was there! She didn't go through a list of cheesy photos, she didn't make someone stop and laugh one more time, but she documented us as we were and encouraged us to laugh in the moment. When she delivered the over 800 photos to us on an online gallery, she also made a slideshow of her favorites set to music, which was just so amazing and such a nice touch that we weren't expecting. We would recommend Elicia without hesitation.

Honestly, I could write a novel about how happy we are with Elicia! Our pictures are breathtaking, just like I knew they would be. The quality of her work speaks for itself. But on top of that, she is a phenomenal human. From our first call, she made me feel completely at ease. She was incredibly transparent about pricing, booking, and what to expect when you hire her as your photographer. She checked on me so many times through the wedding process and gave us so much helpful advice. I want to have another wedding just so we can book her again. Having Elicia as our photographer was BY FAR the best decision we made for our wedding!
