Lina and her team were great to work with… she brought to life my vision with expertise. She even did some extras at the end without charging me. I would highly recommend Lina and her team to create your dream wedding!

I recently worked with Inner Space for my Indian wedding, and while there were positive aspects, especially during the planning phase, significant shortcomings in execution for our two most important events (wedding ceremony and reception) led to this three-star review. One thing I want to note though is when we raised these issues to Lina post-wedding, she took full accountability and compensated us for the mishaps, which we really appreciated and respected.

To start, the overall planning process was smooth with Lina being incredibly easy to work with, offering valuable suggestions within our budget, and accommodating any changes. Inner Space has a ton of inventory so we had plenty of options to choose from when deciding our themes and decor. We were happy with the decor at three out of five of our events, feeling it aligned with what we had discussed and had in mind.

However, for our wedding ceremony and reception, we had a few issues come up. First, the color scheme we had agreed upon for the wedding ceremony was incorrect day-of with no possibility of being rectified, and our alter’s structures collapsed breaking the bride and groom's wedding chairs due to lack of reinforcement, causing a significant delay in the start of our ceremony and a huge safety hazard. As for the reception, the centerpieces and our main backdrop looked extremely bare as there were very minimal vines added to them. Our backdrop did not resemble the inspiration photo we had provided and discussed, which was very upsetting. Based on our conversation with Lina afterwards, it seemed that these problems stemmed from final decisions being made without our input and oversight from the team on what was contracted/agreed upon. While we wish these things didn't happen, we commend the responsibility Lina took here.

Despite these setbacks, we do still recommend working with Inner Space given they are the best in the area. Lina took full accountability on everything and even refunded us, which we really appreciated and felt was very professional. If not for the issues we encountered on our Wedding and Reception day, we would have given Inner Space a 5-star review. For future clients, Lina did mention committing to providing digital renderings of the decor before the events (since that's not something they typically offer) and ensuring clear communication between the planning and execution teams before the events (as they were two different teams for us) to help prevent any misunderstandings around the decor day-of. We just wanted to communicate our experience so anyone working with them is prepared to have these conversations earlier on in the wedding planning process.

There are levels and class in event planning and Inner Space surpassed all expectations! Lina went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect in my event planning. All equipment was top notch, from draperies to the table settings down to the fork and knifes. If I thought it it was covered. Don’t hesitate to put your trust in her. She listens well and encourages your ideas while elevating them. Thank you for all your hard work and creating long lasting memories to cherish all our life.

Lina was incredibly easy to work with and created my dream Sangeet! The decor was impeccable and exactly in accordance with my vision, we loved it! Could not recommend Lina more :)
