I ordered a few beautiful bouquets from Lama's, and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The bouquet was perfectly arranged, with fresh, vibrant flowers that lasted for days.

The customer service was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Lama's Florist. I ordered a $100 bouquet as a surprise for my husband, but what I received was a cheap, subpar arrangement that looked nothing like what I paid for.

The significant price discrepancy and lack of attention to detail are unacceptable. The bouquet lacked finesse, and even the ribbon wrapped around it was untidy. To make matters worse, the bouquet didn't even match the picture I ordered from.

As a customer, I expect honesty and quality, especially when spending a considerable amount. I'm shocked and disappointed by the poor service and value provided by Lama's Florist.

I would caution others to carefully review their orders and pricing before trusting this business.

I definitely would recommend this shop!!! Came in to get flowers for my sister(just had new baby). The owner helped make the bouquet more beautiful with blue ribbon. My sister LOVED them! Also, she was very nice to me and my daughter. Great things in this shop. Highly recommend!!

I came in for a bouquet for a death anniversary. Lamas had me in and out in 10 minutes with a gorgeous bouquet. They were super empathetic and very kind, they also did a great job with this set even with my ask for no Lillie’s.
