We had Le Cape for our reception 9/3/21.

We got our photos within 2 months and we were really happy with them!

However, we were told we would get out videos within 6 months. Le Cape is incredibly unresponsive. They do not respond to emails, texts, etc. Thankfully we got our video after 7 months, but some parts were blurry and the audio was off. For luxury price tag you're paying, video quality was disappointing and then further the extreme lack of communication is frustrating.

I'd stick to Le Cape for your photography needs but not videography needs. And also beware they are incredibly unresponsive before and after your event.

Jonathan has kept my wedding videography from me for over 2 years now. He does not respond to any messages. He took all my money up front in full and was supposed to send me everything within a few months but even after 2 years I still don't have my wedding videography. It has been a nightmare dealing with him. He does not respond on time and makes excuses and doesn't stick to his deadlines as stated in his contract. Please don't get stuck like I am without wedding videography 2 years past your wedding!
