This vendor completely ruined our wedding. We ordered very expensive chairs and showed up with 1/2 the number of chairs we ordered. They then took hours to assemble the chairs (they were supposed to be done at 4pm and didnt finish until 7pm). Because of them, we couldnt use our backup plan to get married inside, so we got married in the pouring rain. On top of all this, multiple chairs BROKE during the wedding and there were loose screws all over. No one reached out to apologize. I had to email / call them multiple times to get anyone to respond to me. I beg you - please please don't use them. I literally never write reviews but this company is trash.

This company opened a warehouse in Flatbush and continuously disrespects the community by putting roadside barriers to block the bike lane. After almost getting hit by a car on a Sunday when the business was not even open, I addressed the issue to an employee the following day. I have since addressed the issue on 3 occasions. I addressed the issue to a traffic police officer who told me they were in the wrong but it was the end of his shift so he would return the next day. It is a shame how these corporations treat people of color in Brooklyn. I have taken pictures of them blocking the lanes multiple times over the course of a month. Do not use this company.

Lux is the best rental place in New York for high end rentals . Their quality and service are great too. They let me into the warehouse to touch and see everything and even built me part of a bar to visualise. Suzy is so helpful too.

I live across from their new warehouse in Flatbush and there is now constant honking and traffic jams thanks to them. They block off all the bike lanes and parking spaces but then park their trucks in the road anyway. I have witnessed their workers get out of trucks and yell and curse at bus drivers and cars *multiple times* because the Luxe drivers are terrible at parking their semi trucks and expect everyone on Bedford to stop for 30 minutes while they figure it out. Their trucks have hit trees on the road and torn huge branches. That side of the street has not had street cleaning in weeks thanks to their barriers. There are lots of event rental companies in new york, maybe go with another one that has respect for their neighborhood and doesn’t have workers that scream at bus drivers.
