we used luxe for our wedding on 5/9/25 and everything was amazing!! we rented the floral arches and 3ft floral runner and two flower arrangements for our ceremony and sweetheart table and it was everything i could've dreamed of. joanna was also SO easy to work with! 10/10 (:

This vendor completely ruined our wedding. We ordered very expensive chairs and showed up with 1/2 the number of chairs we ordered. They then took hours to assemble the chairs (they were supposed to be done at 4pm and didnt finish until 7pm). Because of them, we couldnt use our backup plan to get married inside, so we got married in the pouring rain. On top of all this, multiple chairs BROKE during the wedding and there were loose screws all over. No one reached out to apologize. I had to email / call them multiple times to get anyone to respond to me. I beg you - please please don't use them. I literally never write reviews but this company is trash.

Lux is the best rental place in New York for high end rentals . Their quality and service are great too. They let me into the warehouse to touch and see everything and even built me part of a bar to visualise. Suzy is so helpful too.

This company opened a warehouse in Flatbush and continuously disrespects the community by putting roadside barriers to block the bike lane. After almost getting hit by a car on a Sunday when the business was not even open, I addressed the issue to an employee the following day. I have since addressed the issue on 3 occasions. I addressed the issue to a traffic police officer who told me they were in the wrong but it was the end of his shift so he would return the next day. It is a shame how these corporations treat people of color in Brooklyn. I have taken pictures of them blocking the lanes multiple times over the course of a month. Do not use this company.
