Went to shop here for a few pattu sarees for an auspicious event. Found some items out of the very limited choice they had. Took the sarees home and showed them on video to the elderly women to whom I will be giving. They weren't too thrilled with the color and quality of the pattu. For $220/saree, you should get better selections.

Took a few sarees back to store the next day to return only to be told they do only exchanges. 'A new shipment with additional items is scheduled to arrive next week and I might find better choices', I was told by Ms. Dhanalakshmi, the polite and professional lady who helped us with the selections.

That didn't help me since I had driven 3 hours to come shop here. So BEWARE if you are buying at Nalli in Dallas, USA. They WILL NOT REFUND. And since you have only 7 days to exchange, you will be forced to select again from the very limited choice they have.

We had such an enjoyable shopping experience here! They had a wide collection of sarees and kurtas in all sizes. Adorable kids outfits too. Staff were so kind, prices were reasonable, and everything was clean and well organized. It made buying comfortable and a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Awesome new collections at a reasonable price. Went to buy clothes for my daughter. Excellent recommendation by the staff and I was able to buy the best one that my daughter liked very much. We will shop again for sure !

I was pleasantly surprised to see good number of kurtas and even sarees for less than $25. Prices are reasonable and much cheaper than other options we have around here. Pattu veshtis, kids pattu pavadai, fancy cotton sarees, kalamkari sarees, kaanchi pattu sarees, Maheshwari pattu sarees were some that I found there

I/my friends buy regularly from this store. I was gifted a saree with receipt and tag yesterday. The color happended to be a duplicate in my collection. I just opened the saree to have a full view of the saree. They have a very unique way of folding the saree and I was not aware that we need to fold it exactly the same way , for exchanging the saree. I folded it the traditional way how it is folded in shops in India / Indian Nalli stores. The so called manager outright refused an exchange since it was not folded the same way. I found it very rude. I requested her to make an exception and I will make a mental note of it , in my future purchases. She refused to be considerate. This is my last visit to the shop. I am sure the same lady would have bought and exchanged so many in American stores. They need to learn a few from customer service from other stores. Very disappointed with her attitude. Nalli's response is just a lip service. They have no intention to fix the issues and improve customer service. They have standard response to complaints.
