My friend and I loved New Delhi Restaurant & Bar. On the outside, this restaurant resembles a charming little destination, but we were surprised by the beautiful and large interior that greeted us. Inside is a classic bar and behind a large ball room with carefully decorated set tables. The service we had was spot on. We both had water glasses that never went empty, and I had a wonderful mango lassi that I had to have seconds of. The food was delicious, plentiful and well priced! We had naan bread, sizzling Chicken Tikka, and the Chicken Pepper Curry. All the flavors were warm, the smells heavenly and the atmosphere and service added a warming feeling to the dinner experience. The owner came to welcome us and it was such a nice experience we will absolutely be back again with friends. If you want good food, come here. We left with left overs and full bellies. I’m so excited to have them tomorrow! Thank you to our servers, chefs and the owner! We appreciate you!

Just a Suggestion: Make a clean atmosphere in the Washroom. For families it’s hard. I completely understand it’s an Indian theme but, 😇😂😂..

Located in the heart of the city near Union Square, New Delhi has a variety of items on their menu including traditional and their own signature Indian dishes. They truly cater to everyone as they offer vegan, vegetarian, and even gluten free options. Their drinks are also all refreshing and can make them all virgin.

We were also able to meet with owner @chefranjan and it was great to converse about SF’s history. He loves with he does and his staff were all so kind.

Delicious, well crafted Indian cuisine in a pleasant, old fashioned atmosphere. Tablecloths, beautiful plates, and nice atmosphere. Very approachable and professional service. Very modest pricing, great selection. Way underrated. Cannot believe this isn’t 5 star all the way. One of my favorite Indian restaurants, anywhere.
