We have used them for multiple events, and from the initial meeting/discussion to the day of delivery, their services were superb. They also honored our last minute requests without hesitation and were always easy to communicate with. The ambiance created by the decorations made the day even more memorable for our guests and us. After meeting with them and seeing their showroom in June we were initially impressed with what they had to offer. However they never got back to us with a quote 2 weeks later as promised. Two months later we reached out to ask about a quote and were asked to provide details of what we wanted for a quote which we did. It’s now been 4 months and we still never received a quote. Their showroom may look nice but their communication is non existent. Definitely not the type of people you want to work with for one of the most important weekends of your life!
