Wow, what a desi shopping shop! It's a massive place for desi clothes and accessories for everyone, including brides and grooms. One shop, and you have it all. Today, I was shopping for matching jewelry for the upcoming wedding in Virginia. I took pictures of my outfits, but please take the shirt with you. Instead of pictures, make a video of the outfit so the fabric's color looks the same. Two people spend at least two hours with me in the jewelry section. Mumtaz and Madhavi are super kind and very professional in their field. They were helpful and did not push me to buy the stuff like other places. The whole time they were smiling and helped me with kindness. Their owners are so lucky to have them there, and they do represent the business positively. Spent 1000s of dollars here for my entire family. Went back to spend more on a weekend and the owner didnt want any of their workers to assist us because according to him we took too long. I went to buy dresses for 10 family members (atleast 2 dresses for each) ofcourse i am gonna be there for a while. He expects you to make decisions as soon as you see 3 to 4 options. Also I should have put a review a few weeks ago but decided to let it go because our sales lady was amazing and did an outstanding job to help resolve the situation. The alteration lady completely messed up my sister bridal outfit that we purchased from them. She took shortcuts because she was busy and didnt have time to do it properly (which would take longer). We have been a long time customer with Salim (owner) and he knows that. Anytime I go I always leave with something except for today because I was very upset with the way he handled everything. I hope the owner reads this review and does better next time because if you are running such a big business customer service should be your top priority. Just because you are busy and doing better than before should not let you forget that it is us customers that keep your store running and we should be treated with respect. Because it doesnt take long for the tides to turn. You keep up this attitude and you will realize that the customers that are loyal to making purchase from you will be long gone. Also the lady at the jewelry section Farhana or whatever her name is very rude. She has quotes prices very high compared to her other colleagues. Same earring and tikka i bought for $25 from another lady she quoted for $60. Dont go to her unless you wanna get ripped off.

They insisted tailoring was included at the time of purchase, then, turns out, the tailor had randomly wrote “75 due” on the corner of the receipt all scribbly with a bunch of other notes and claimed that we owed her $75 when we went to pick it up. If we had known, we would not have gotten tailoring done because we were out of town and I was hoping to get it tailored next year when I was actually going to wear it. I could have taken the outfit with me and waited until before the actual event. Such a scam, that tailor.

Really surprised at the low reviews here as we had an excellent experience here thanks to the incredible service of Rabbab. She spent 6 hours with us, incredibly patient and helpful, going out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and giving me ample opportunities to try on any outfit that caught my eye. The prices were very affordable relative to some other stores in Houston and seemed to be of good quality. Ended up leaving with most of my bridal outfits in a single visit. They even let us take photos of the outfits so we could compare, which many desi stores do not allow. Would recommend completely based on Rabab’s service and the kindness of several other employees we encountered. Thank you Rabab for your help!

I was impressed with the wide selection of outfits available but I wasn’t impressed with the styles they had in stock. I found maybe 3-5 outfits I liked but alterations weren’t available for the ones I liked. Also the aunties working at the shop were not helpful in selecting outfits at all… I would return to see their selection when they have more options to show in various styles in hopefully more size options needed. But I did manage to get one, which I loved !!!!
