I was impressed with the wide selection of outfits available but I wasn’t impressed with the styles they had in stock. I found maybe 3-5 outfits I liked but alterations weren’t available for the ones I liked. Also the aunties working at the shop were not helpful in selecting outfits at all… I would return to see their selection when they have more options to show in various styles in hopefully more size options needed. But I did manage to get one, which I loved !!!!

Yesterday was my first time shopping at Roop Sari Palace. I was initially impressed by the large space and wide selection of outfits. A staff member helped me pick out a few lehengas, including one that was too big for me, but she assured me that everything could be tailored as they didn’t have a new one in my size.

However, as I was trying on one dress—the only one I really liked—the ruffle came apart due to poor stitching. When I asked if they would offer a discount given the condition of the dress, the staff member hesitated and even suggested I look elsewhere, because, “everyone comes here anyway.” Unfortunately, they didn’t have a new dress in my size, and though she eventually gave a discount, I was still expected to pay for alterations of.

Later, I noticed a stain on the dress. Her response was to roll her eyes and again tell me to shop somewhere else. At that point, I decided to leave and ended up at Rose Boutique just around the corner. The team there was incredibly helpful and kind, and I found beautiful dresses with excellent customer service.

Had a great experience here while in town visiting. Helpful staff assisted us from start to finish to select outfits for an upcoming wedding. We took advantage of the 50% off sale at the time, and selected a couple high quality, beautiful pieces.

Roop Sari Palace is the Worst Dress Material Store in Complete Houston, All the Dress Materials are Low Cheap Quality Fabrics which shrinks very Badly, and all the Color Dyes are leaving Colors when Dry Cleaned and the Staff's Behavior is very Rude including the Management, Very Bad Management, Very Bad Ownership, Deceiving and Robing People with their Cheap Quality Fabrics and their Designs which Shrinks very Badly, It's a Total Scam, Please Do Not Visit this Store and Save Your Hard Earned Money.

Jewelries are very beautiful. She Helped me find a beautiful necklace. Last time I bought a necklace matching to a dress that bought online but unfortunately the dress did not arrive so i had to exchange my Jewelry. Even though it was against her policy which was no returns no exchange, she exchanged it with a beautiful necklace and she did not charged me more. I highly recommend buying from here.
