About
We visited on a Friday evening in April 2025. It was cold, windy, and raining, but the restaurant was nearly at full capacity by 6:00 p.m. We didn’t have a reservation but lucked out with the last available table.
Service was quick, courteous, and efficient. The staff were attentive to our needs without being overbearing—it was perfect. As we were seated, we were brought a small bowl of colorful "frime" that tasted like potato chips, which was a fun surprise.
We ordered the goat cheese spinach naan, which was more like a quesadilla—very cheesy and quite heavy for me. Just two pieces would have been enough to fill me up. I decided to focus on the truffle risotto instead. And wow—this wasn’t truffle oil, but actual shaved truffles. I raved about it so much that my husband, who usually hates risotto, finally asked for a bite—and even he agreed it was amazing. He was still talking about it the next day.
He ordered the Delhi Ka Butter Chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it. All in all, it was an excellent experience.
Based on the reviews, I decided to visit this restaurant. The ambiance was simple, and the staff and service were good. We ordered Garlic Naan (which was nice), Chicken Biryani (not as expected, as it seemed to have a readymade biryani mix), Hariyali Paneer (slightly over-roasted with a strong turmeric flavor), and Falooda for dessert (highly recommend trying it if you’re a fan of falooda—it was excellent).
Delicious Indian restaurant in midtown with a lot of options, north and South Indian. The chef used to have a Michelin star so they’re making creative dishes while staying true to the original flavors.
My favorite was the paneer dish. Also was a lot of food, could barely finish just the paneer plate and naan!
PERFECT spot to go if you want a great vibe and authentic Indian food. The staff was so kind and made our experience perfect. The atmosphere is on point and I had one of my top 5 most delicious meals in my life here. Already can’t wait to go back!

Good location for a meal before the theater. Good drinks, good food.
The drunken botanist drink is the most interesting but the saar elixir is good if you just want an alcoholic mango lassi.
I like naan and the eggplant appetizer. The pistachio Chicken is ok but the pistachio doesn't really stand out as an ingredient. The goat stew is pretty good but it was advertised as medium spicy but was less spicy than tapatio.
Deserts were ok but can be skipped. Ice cream with noodles isn't my vibe.
