We hired Satin Chairs to decorate our room—dance floor, ceremony arch, draping—and they blew us away! Everything was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we pictured. It was amazing how they worked directly with our venue (Bolingbrook Golf Club) and handled everything, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. They truly brought our vision to life, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly, highly recommend!

Satin Chair was our decorator for our South Asian wedding in the Fall of 2023! They were able to adapt to our budget, our DIY efforts, our unique ideas that we wanted to bring to life, as well as our interest in both a hotel ballroom and a botanical garden space (Garfield Park Conservatory - GPC). We actually didn't have any information whatsoever on GPC and if we would be able to showcase our wedding their but Natalia and her family took time out of their schedules to meet us at the venue, see our vision with us, and made it possible to bring to life (measurements, lighting plugs, spaces for ceremony, color schemes, etc)! It was incredible and we were so appreciative that Natalia was receptive to our every wish and ask. She was incredibly patient, willing to help, and really great about encouraging us with ideas without definitely driving how we should decorate.

We can't thank Satin Chair enough for making the impossible seem possible! Especially as South Asians, we are certain they were able to help us and show their expertise over our multi-day events!

We organized a surprise 65th birthday party for my mom, and worked with Satin Chair to decorate the event. When the decor was all set up, the bartender at the venue said in his 8 years of working at the venue, seeing all kinds of events in this space, this was by far the classiest and most beautiful decor at an event he had ever seen.

Satin Chair was a breeze to work with. They were super responsive, handled all of our requests with ease, and gave us the options we needed to decorate our event exactly as we had envisioned it, at a very reasonable price. We went with a cherry blossom theme, and Satin Chair delivered. It was so gorgeous.

Hannah was an excellent point person and gave us creative options for lighting and decorative elements from her own head to fit the Japanese-style theme we had in mind, which worked perfectly in the end. Big thanks to her for being so accommodating and creative.

We had to do almost no work other than the creative envisioning that is the fun part of planning any party. Satin Chair took care of the rest, and were dependable enough that even without us being there in person while planning the whole party, when we walked into the room for the first time only a few hours before the party, it was absolutely ethereal and turned out even better than we had imagined it. Satin chair saved my life!!!! My rental company I had booked for my wedding had gone out of business 2 months before my wedding and I immediately ran to Satin Chair. As a wedding photographer myself, they are one of the BEST rental companies I have ever worked with. They were prompt, great with communication, amazing prices, and truly just a great company! We rented our linens, chairs, and drapery from them and honeslty, our drapes were one of my favorite things! They set up and took everything down and handled communication with my planner so I truly had to just sit back and relax! 10/10 recommend Satin Chair for any weddings or events you may have!
