Neha is a great teacher and makes the classes fun! She is patient and clear with instructions, which is especially helpful for those of us new to Bollywood dancing. I love learning new choreographies and meeting the wonderful ladies who take these classes…everyone is so encouraging and nice! I highly recommend taking Neha’s classes for a really fun way to exercise your body, and your brain!!!

Neha was an amazing dance instructor. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating of any and all requests we had regarding style/music etc. She did a great job teaching different experience levels, including a complete novice. She is friendly and a lot of fun to work with. Would recommend to all my friends.

This is an amazing adult fitness dance class for all levels. In just 45 mins I burn about 300 calories on average and my stamina in daily life has increased immensely since I started last month. Neha has choreographed and demonstrates dances that make it accessible for those just trying to get moving while also allowing more advanced dancers to fine tune their style & craft. Very welcoming and positive environment for all. Highly recommend for those looking for a short class that gets your heart rate up, joints active in a healthy, safe, and extremely fun way.
