Came in to look for a few outfits for a relatives wedding in India and was completely ignored by the woman at the counter. No greeting, not even a “be with you in a moment”, nothing just rude. Left and went around the corner and got what I needed elsewhere. I will never understand poor customer service in small businesses.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to for Bombay Sari and Fabric House. I went for a custom sari for my wedding. It came back absolutely botched. The construction and sticking was abysmal, and it was covered in chalk that bled through every seam. After they had it further altered it was even worse!! Completely unwearable. Right before my wedding I had to have the outfit remade which was costly and stressful.

They didn’t really care or try to make it right. Gave so many defenses for why they did if the way they did instead of apologizing.

I will NEVER go to this store again.

Sunny was such great help! I am attending a friend’s wedding in April and I was looking for two sarees to wear. He helped me pick out the design/colors I was interested in and mother the in-house tailor measured me up and I picked up my sarees a week later. I asked a lot of question since I am not familiar with the culture and background of the saree and Sunny was very patient and explained how to wear the sarees. Such great service!

Okay, the people who work here (especially the woman who owns the store) truly are the nicest. I went looking for a couple of things for a wedding I’m attending and sort of knew what I was looking for but needed help. I came here early on in the day and they took time to really help me. I also looked around at other stores in the area but no one was nearly as nice or attentive. I highly recommend and will be coming back the next time I have an event!

I bought my bridesmaids dresses at Bombay Bridal and I am so happy I did. Savita is so helpful and knowledgeable. I’m so happy with our bridesmaid dress purchase.
