Customer service is very bad. Nobody is there to show clothes. You are on your own. Sales people are rude and have don’t care attitude.

Please don’t purchase any items in this store as staff behavior is not at all good. Staff is asking customers phones to put their own reviews by giving 5 star rating themselves. So don’t trust reviews at all.

Please don’t purchase any items in this store staff behavior is not at all good and we have taken 3 teams and because of size we tried to return one item they did not take return and used bad words..

I have been shopping at Mugdha since 2020 and I have not bought a single piece of clothing or jewelry anywhere else since then. The quality of the clothing is unmatched and I have always had amazing customer service experience here. The owner goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied with their purchases. Even my cousin in India chose her bridal saree from Mugdha rather than shopping in India. I will always recommend Mugdha to my friends and family!
