I have been shopping at Mugdha since 2020 and I have not bought a single piece of clothing or jewelry anywhere else since then. The quality of the clothing is unmatched and I have always had amazing customer service experience here. The owner goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied with their purchases. Even my cousin in India chose her bridal saree from Mugdha rather than shopping in India. I will always recommend Mugdha to my friends and family!

Worst customer service ever ... my wife scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ahead for the gold store inside, upon reaching the location no one was available and no one answered the phone. We wanted to give them another chance so scheduled another appointment, we called today to confirm and they were asking us what specific item we wanted to buy. Seriously!!! I mean how can we confirm without seeing the products in person. When asked to speak to the manager, he got on the phone with an attitude and had no clue about the appointment scheduled. If they dont have a way to look at appointments scheduled in the system, why do they schedule them?? We will not be returning

I have been a regular customer at Mugdha Dallas since 2020. This store has everything from casual, cocktail, party, traditional and high end wedding collection as well. The collection is great with reasonable prices and the best part, they offer free shipping to their regular clients.
