I purchased a necklace set for $500 from Minhaz Couture in May 2023. Upon picking it up, my family member noticed a few stones were missing. We returned it immediately, and they promised to fix it. I gave it back to them in July 2023, but they needed to send it to Pakistan for repairs. Despite checking in October 2023, they were still "working on it."

In March 2024, I informed them I'd be in town and needed the set back. They admitted they couldn’t fix it but offered $50 compensation. When I arrived, they couldn’t find the set and gave me $49 in cash, asking me to return for the remaining dollar. They promised to ship the set later but never did.

After weeks of no responses and constant excuses, I still don’t have my necklace set or a full refund. Their physical store is closed, and they’re moving online.

Minhaz Couture owes me $451 or my set. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. If Jasleen wants this review removed, she must act ethically and resolve this issue.

Avoid Minhaz Couture; their business practices are untrustworthy.

I purchased an outfit and it had a minor defect but I noticed it after buying. When I asked for a replacement or exchange, they refused and said “once the item is sold, it can’t be replaced or exchanged or returned”. The outfits are pretty expensive and they should let the customers exchange or replace or return the outfits if there is some defect.

Visited Minhaz Couture last week and had a fantastic experience! The store assistant was incredibly attentive and helpful. She had an excellent eye for style and assisted us in finding the perfect outfit. Her warm and friendly approach made the shopping process a delight. Will definitely be back!

I went there few days back to get my wedding dress and fell in love with one it was gorgeous and they had a sale going on as well. The staff was very polite, and also explained their no photos policy which is understandable since these are designer clothes and each piece is unique to itself. They let me try on the clothes and were very helpful in every manner possible the designer personally catered towards our needs . My mom really wanted certain stone beads around the dupatta and she said she would look into it and offered to get it for us (def. paid by us) and she also helped out with the sale and discount too. Their collection for other outfits were also gorgeous and modern as well. Will drive from Dallas to Houston just for them !

I love the designs, they have in store. They have a very unique collection. I always love shopping at Minhaz Couture. The staff is super friendly and they put a lot of effort to help you with shopping.
