The best product, quality & service. Juha and her team is outstanding. I have been in local are for 45 years and as a photographer worked with and seen so many event management / organizers-decorator: but this team is second to none. From the first phone call till the end of process , Juha was very responsive and always helpful with good pro tips. We can’t thank enough for what she has done for us. Surely, she will be our preferred vendor.

Juha and her Bridal Insignia team did an amazing job with planning our engagement party. She was incredibly attentive, creative, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. Every detail - from stage and table decorations - it was all thoughtfully and flawlessly designed and executed. It all felt like a dream come true, they transformed our venue into something very magical. What really stood out was how stress-free the entire process felt. We felt supported, heard, and completely confident in their hands.

Juha and her team at Bridal Insignia did an amazing job creating our wedding decor! Our meetings with her were so helpful and she took our vision and made it a reality. Her team was on time, polite and worked hard to get every detail complete perfect and on time. Juha was always available to answer questions, make changes and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect for our special day. We’re so thankful we went with Bridal Insignia for all of our decor!

I wish there was negative negative review button on here. Recently hired BI to do the decor for a wedding. Everything was DIRTY & FILTHY. The stage had stains everywhere. The mandap chairs had stains. I also rented chiavari chair which also had stains. The draps had CREASES and the poles were showing. We had them do a chandelier in the mandap which had FUSE BULBS. The isle runner was FILTHY which i had to remove. Overall experience was horrible. And would never do business with them or recommend to anyone. I had a interaction with owners husband to whom i expressed my concerns on the decor. And he started getting LOUD & ABBUSIVE. No professionalism at all. Juha the owner told me that I got a cheap package thats why things are like how they were. Which makes no sense because I had a event at a top class hotel (The Henry Autograph Collection). Why would i hire cheap decor.

Bridal Insignia did an AMAZING job on my sisters wedding décor! Working with the owner (Muntaha) was a delight to work with :). She was very pleasant, organized and maintained good communication with us throughout the process. We always felt at ease and like a weight was lifted from us every time we spoke. She listened to what we wanted and brought it to life better than what we had imagined. Organizing a wedding is stressful enough but she made the process seamless and far exceeded our expectations! I remember my sister and I walking into the wedding venue and being blown away by her work. It was simple, yet elegant and chic; EXACTLY what we wanted and more :) . On top of it all, Muntaha, who at the time of my sisters wedding resided in Virginia was gracious enough to travel all the way from Virginia to Michigan to pull this off! We are in awe of her capabilities and efficiency! Kudos to the Bridal Insignia team! Seriously, you guys rock! :)
