Juha and her team at Bridal Insignia did an amazing job creating our wedding decor! Our meetings with her were so helpful and she took our vision and made it a reality. Her team was on time, polite and worked hard to get every detail complete perfect and on time. Juha was always available to answer questions, make changes and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect for our special day. We’re so thankful we went with Bridal Insignia for all of our decor!

Bridal Insignia did an AMAZING job on my sisters wedding décor! Working with the owner (Muntaha) was a delight to work with :). She was very pleasant, organized and maintained good communication with us throughout the process. We always felt at ease and like a weight was lifted from us every time we spoke. She listened to what we wanted and brought it to life better than what we had imagined. Organizing a wedding is stressful enough but she made the process seamless and far exceeded our expectations! I remember my sister and I walking into the wedding venue and being blown away by her work. It was simple, yet elegant and chic; EXACTLY what we wanted and more :) . On top of it all, Muntaha, who at the time of my sisters wedding resided in Virginia was gracious enough to travel all the way from Virginia to Michigan to pull this off! We are in awe of her capabilities and efficiency! Kudos to the Bridal Insignia team! Seriously, you guys rock! :)

Bridal Insignia handled the décor for my daughter’s wedding, and unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The couches and chairs on the stage were dirty, with visible stains on the groom and bridal couch, as if someone had wiped their hands on them. The chairs were also filthy, and the stage floor was hastily prepared using taped-together whiteboards. It was incredibly embarrassing for us during such an important event.

When I contacted the owner of Insignia to raise these concerns, her response was shocking—she said the stains wouldn’t be visible in the pictures. What a completely unacceptable and unprofessional reply! The couch was so dirty that no one even wanted to sit on it.

I strongly advise against hiring Bridal Insignia for any occasion. Save yourself the stress and embarrassment

I wish there was negative negative review button on here. Recently hired BI to do the decor for a wedding. Everything was DIRTY & FILTHY. The stage had stains everywhere. The mandap chairs had stains. I also rented chiavari chair which also had stains. The draps had CREASES and the poles were showing. We had them do a chandelier in the mandap which had FUSE BULBS. The isle runner was FILTHY which i had to remove. Overall experience was horrible. And would never do business with them or recommend to anyone. I had a interaction with owners husband to whom i expressed my concerns on the decor. And he started getting LOUD & ABBUSIVE. No professionalism at all. Juha the owner told me that I got a cheap package thats why things are like how they were. Which makes no sense because I had a event at a top class hotel (The Henry Autograph Collection). Why would i hire cheap decor.

Juha is a magician with extraordinary decor skills! Can go on and on about how wonderful she is as a person and how talented her and her team are! They truly made all of our wedding events gorgeous. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Plus i loved that she used fresh flowers. Bridal Insignia is highly recommended and my 1st and only choice when it comes to decoration and the level of class and service that is provided.
