Hiring BTS was the best decision ever! Kelly and her team worked with my daughter from day one to insure my daughter’s dream wedding would come to life. The actual wedding day exceeded all our expectations!! There wasn’t one thing we had to do except enjoy ourselves. Kelly, Amanda and their team were on top of EVERYTHING!! It was truly a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend BTS.

Nightmare Wedding Planner: A Cautionary Tale

Our experience with BTS was an utter nightmare from start to finish. What was supposed to be a joyous journey to our dream wedding turned into an 18-month-long saga of lies, manipulation, and incompetence.

To begin with, we went through five different wedding planners during our time with BTS. Each one either quit or was fired, leaving us to wonder what was going wrong behind the scenes. Eventually, we were assigned an inexperienced 25-year-old.

Throughout the process, this supposed professional caused me to shed tears on more than one occasion and made me feel like I was the one at fault. Instead of alleviating stress, they added to it, leaving us to pick up the pieces and scramble to plan the entire wedding just weeks before the event.

Three days before our wedding date, I reached my breaking point and refused to speak to them, fearing they would only further ruin my mood and the occasion we had been eagerly anticipating. Thankfully, my cousin, who happens to be a lawyer, and my fiancé stepped in to salvage what they could of our big day.

Post-wedding, we sought legal counsel and discovered that BTS had breached their contract with us. With the help of our lawyer, we pursued chargebacks with the credit card companies, and to our relief, they agreed and refunded some of our hard-earned money.

Adding insult to injury, BTS couldn't even spell our last name right and proceeded to have it printed on the napkins. They also failed to print a correct image of my dog, opting for a generic dog photo instead. Additionally, they forgot our daughter's name and omitted her from the photo lineup for the photographer, instead including my deceased grandparents.

In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how important it is to steer clear of BTS. Their dishonesty, incompetence, and disregard for their clients' well-being make them unfit for the industry. Save yourself the headache and heartache, and never work with these people.

The venue we ended up selecting required that we have a day of coordinator and I am so glad that we got one. I was reluctant because I am a perfectionist that had a precise vision of exactly what I wanted things to look like the day of. As hard as it was, it turned out even better than I imagined! I could relax with my Bridesmaids the morning before the wedding and knew exactly what to expect on when vendors would come and exactly how long it would take for them to do things. We were able to get recommendations for things that we didn’t even think of and make sure that every detail was covered. Even though they were a day of coordinator, they were fantastic at helping me with every detail along the way and made sure that I was not stressing last minute with the vendors to make sure they knew when and where they were going. There were some instances during the reception like MIL drama and drunk Uncles but Jessica handled everything so professionally and before I even noticed. She made sure that everything at the reception was timed and kept things moving. We were able to enjoy the night with friends and family rather than worrying about when to cut the cake or toss the bouquet. I honestly don’t know how I would have done it without them and am so happy that I was able to enjoy the day and the night without any stress or worries or problems. They always say that something will always go wrong at a wedding and no one will notice, but I can honestly say that everything went perfectly and am so thankful that we hired them.
