Fine Linen Creation are the true heroes who brought my vision of the wedding reception room to life. The transformation was absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. Terri is the absolute best—her attention to detail and dedication to making everything perfect were evident in every aspect of the decor. Ruby was also incredibly helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly.

The entire team went above and beyond to make our day special, and I cannot thank them enough. If you want a wedding that looks like a dream come true, I highly recommend Fine Linen Creation. They made our reception unforgettable, and we are so grateful for their amazing work.

Terry came to our rescue at the last minute the week before our October 2022 Indian fusion wedding when we couldn't find big enough tables to seat all our guests at SF City Hall. We had to do a very swift flip of the rotunda during cocktail hour, and she and the Fine Linens team worked with our other decor and rentals vendor to get everything set up seamlessly. We really appreciated her being willing to help. Thank you so much again!

A complete disappointment with this vendor. My wife and I had been planning our wedding for a year, and the one vendor I wasn’t worried about completely messed up. On the delivery day, they failed to bring everything they were supposed to. After what felt like over 30 calls, we finally reached them, and they delivered the remaining items late in the evening. Fortunately, this was the day before the wedding.

When we spoke to the vendor days later to understand the disconnect and the unnecessary stress they caused, we provided feedback about the pickup day when their driver threatened to charge us because the tablecloths weren’t ready. The venue intervened to avoid additional fees. Seriously? We tried to understand why the vendor would treat a customer this way.

When we finally got on a call, instead of being sympathetic, they simply said, “That’s not what the driver said, that’s incorrect.” Essentially, they called us and the venue liars. We didn’t want to argue after just wrapping up our special day. I hoped the vendor would offer some sort of reimbursement, but we got nothing. All they offered was a discount for next time. Next time? Why would we ever book again after being accused of lying and enduring such stress?

I would never recommend this place. They are absolutely unprofessional and need serious customer service training. I hope the owner sees this and has the compassion to do something about it.

Overall, the company is great. Mario was honest with the set up at my venue. I rented ghost chairs, linens, napkins, tableware and drapery. Set up was great and they're fast. I'm subtracting a couple stars for the drapery set up because we discussed the placement 3 days before my wedding and it was still installed in the wrong spot. This was a big deal for me because I spent over a year planning this and even confirmed the placement days before and it was wrong. It's super heartbreaking when your vision and instructions weren't executed the way you had hoped.

Terry, Macio and the entire crew at Fine Linen Creations were such an integral part of my daughter’s Indian fusion wedding week. From the over the top haldi decor in Stockton to the multi day wedding events in Santa Clara, every detail was pure perfection! All of our guests were dazzled by how everything looked. Terry is so easy to work with and highly organized. Macio brings his expertise and attention to details to make sure everything looks picture perfect. The crew were so efficient and professional from setup to takedown. This is not some second rate rental place. Everything was great quality and very lux so you get what you paid for and then some. I would 1000% recommend Fine Linen Creations for your next event. They have great relationships with planners in the area as well as with Flowers by Edgar (a genius florist and decor/event designer) so it’s a win win for you!
