Nu Trend Party Rentals made our event absolutely perfect! Their team was friendly, professional, and right on time with delivery and setup. The rental items were exactly what we needed, and they were easy to work with and quick to respond to all our questions. I highly recommend them for any event.

Nu Trend Events completely ruined my event. The décor was nothing like what we agreed on, staff came late, and important items were missing. I contacted them with proof, but they ignored me and offered no refund. Totally unprofessional — not recommended at all.

Very disappointing experience with Nu Trend Events. I hired them for a special occasion, expecting a professional setup and smooth coordination, but it was nothing like what they promised. The décor was totally different from what we agreed on, and not even close to the sample pictures they showed. The staff showed up late, were unorganized, and even forgot key elements like centerpieces and table runners. I kept trying to reach the coordinator during the event, but calls and messages were ignored.

What’s worse, they refused to take any responsibility afterward. I sent them pictures for proof, and still no apology or refund. For the price I paid, this was a complete letdown. Not worth the stress — look elsewhere if you want your event handled properly.

We’ve worked with Nu Trend for several events, and they’ve been amazing every single time! Professional, creative, and so easy to work with—they handle everything beautifully and make each event stress-free and memorable. The decor is always beautifully set up. Highly recommend them!

DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Not only did my guests wait more than 3 hours outside because the decorators came late, BUT IT WAS THE WRONG DECOR. The things I was most excited to see were not even there, it was switched out with different decor. It was so heartbreaking. I couldnt even get family pictures because they were decorating the stage and hall until 8:15!!!! They had from 8am but started at 3pm knowing my ceremony started at 5. They didnt finish putting flowers on the backdrop and just left them on the floor, and you can see it in the pictures i posted, theres more flowers on the ground than the backdrop. Ammar was nowhere to be found, and he stopped responding to my family’s messages. The main chandeliers on the stage were wrong and broken, the stage canopy that we paid thousands extra for was just an arch and didnt cover the stage like he said it would. I chose the tree arches with lights for aisle decor and they just ziptied some sticks together instead. The canopies over the head tables were made too small and placed horizontal, blocking seats. I have a picture that shows how empty the canopies were and you can see the wires on top. They left a couch from the previous wedding in the corner of the room and my family had to move it out. They put twigs on tables and called it centerpiece decor. Just really bad.
