I have to rate this place compared to the hype from my recommendations. The appetizers really delivered for us, Brussels sprouts were 10/10. Also appreciated the pricing of the entrees, cheaper than what I am used to. I really liked my dish but it did not have any spice, actually none of our 3 main dishes had a kick, which was surprising from an Indian restaurant. I will have to ask for spicier if I am ever back.

We had a wonderful dinner at Indeblue with family, and it exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival for our 7 PM reservation, we were warmly greeted by the hostess, who held the door open for us. The restaurant's decor was beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere for our meal.

Our server, Lori, truly stood out. Her extensive knowledge of the menu made us feel like we were in great hands—her friendly demeanor and willingness to answer our questions made our first visit feel special. I honestly thought she might be the owner with how well she knew the place!

The food was delicious and fairly priced, adding to an overall great experience. We highly recommend Indeblue and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

The crispy spinach chaat was divine. I mean truly, the first bite was borderline org*smic (sorry for the language but when the food is that good). I also had the butter chick and it was good though I found myself cutting up the pieces of chicken into small bits for my own personal preference. The naan was as fresh and crisp and the perfect pairing to our curry. Overall this was my 3rd time ordering from Indeblue and it certainly won’t be the last. The staff is pleasant and attentive (the 1st time I came I had order pick up and they gave me complimentary chai while I waited) and the atmosphere is cozy and intimate. A great spot to get together with friends.

Ordered Thali right before thanksgiving for lunch. Gotta say the packaging was amazing. Everything secure. The smell of garlic in naan is perfect. Food as always is right where you want it to be. Never misses the taste and flavors. Prepared with care and also delivered with care. Will be ordering more during and before holidays at my work.

I recommend Indeblue to all my friends! The food is an amazing combination of traditional flavors, yet elevated to a fine dining level. I have eaten at Indeblue many times and have followed this chef for more than 20 years. The staff is friendly and courteous, with an extensive knowledge of their menu. They always have suggestions for what is new or seasonal. The decor is breathtaking and great for any group. The last time I was there, I had a wonderful mushroom soup and I always get the crispy spinach chaat appetizer. It is divine. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone, whether this is your first taste of Indian cuisine or you have a life long love of the food.
