That lady at the register was very rude and un professional. She very rudely wrote in the receipt that it’s no refundable or cannot be exchanged. The young tall man was polite and very helpful. We really don’t need experience such behavior from the employees. Very disappointed.☹️ She scratched the return and exchange policy and hand written that it’s a final sale and no return, refund, or exchange.

I had a truly terrible experience at the Junaid Jamshed. When I asked for help finding my size, the staff were rude and unhelpful, making assumptions about whether I would buy anything. How am I supposed to know if something fits if I can’t even see the size options?

To make matters worse, there’s no fitting room, which is completely unacceptable. The clothes themselves are old, worn out, and outdated, with some items literally falling apart. It’s clear that quality and customer service are not priorities here.

And then there’s the cashier, who treated us as if we were trying to steal hangers. We were purchasing a $200 item, and the way he acted was not only rude but completely uncalled for. It felt like we were being accused of something dishonest.

I hope they take this feedback seriously and makes significant changes.

Good place to buy pakistani clothing. It's a bit pricey now but have a larg collection of cloths, shoes, perfume etc.

I don't normally leave bad reviews unless It's absolutely necessary. Mr Khalid is absolutely doing a wonderful job of making customers feel welcome. Yes, that's sarcasm because the attitude that was shown to us the moment we entered the store was downright shambolic and absolutely horrendous. I fail to see what brought on such ignorant behavior. I get that it's not ideal to have customers come in 25 minutes before close but if the store is open till 7:00 then (without provocation) the customer service too goes on till 7:00 pm. Went in with a lot of promise; walked out feeling like was this a joke? Would not be coming back. JazakAllah!

J. Junaid: Wide selection of clothes for men, women, kids. Jewelry, cologne, dab oil colognes, shoes, caps, turbans and other items.

The place was very clean and the owners were helpful.

We always stop by here to make sure we grab some gifts.
