The staff was very accommodating and helpful in all aspects! They adjusted to our needs and completed everything in a timely fashion. We have been going here for years and continue returning due to the great service! We needed quite a few clothes tailored and they finished everything within a few days and before our event.

I was referred by my good friends, and i have came here for all my outfits, so so so beautiful. they alter everything to fit to size, and they do it within the same day! everyone is so nice and helpful, and they make you feel like a princess here. i love it, and i will be coming back for every occasion.

This shop is incredible! I came in very last minute to get multiple outfits for a wedding in two days, Naresh was amazing to work with and fund me the most gorgeous outfits in less than an hour. They have a huge variety with sizing and styles. They are speedy with alterations as well. I shouldn’t have waited until the last minute, but so glad I found his shop. Will be back

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment, and I would not recommend it to others. From the moment I walked in, I felt pressured to make a purchase. The salesperson stayed close by, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. When I asked to try on a different color, he seemed annoyed. Despite my reservations, I decided to buy the Lehenga since it was for an upcoming wedding and I was running out of time. I had them handle the alterations since they claimed it was included in the price. I even pointed out a small rip in the skirt, assuming they would fix it while taking in the waistband.

The pricing felt excessive, and when I voiced my concerns, the salesperson dismissively laughed and said, "I'm sure you make enough money." That remark left me feeling embarrassed, but since I had procrastinated and was running out of time before the wedding, I felt like I had no choice but to go through with the purchase. Later, friends who had already made their purchases informed me that I was likely overcharged based on my appearance, and they had paid half as much as I did.

When I returned a week later to pick up my Lehenga, I tried it on before leaving. The same salesperson asked if everything fit properly. I told him the waistband had been taken in too much and was too tight. Instead of offering a solution, he asked, "Are you planning on losing weight?"—a completely inappropriate response. To make matters worse, the rip in the skirt I had pointed out earlier was never repaired.

When I got home and tried on the outfit for my sister, beads started falling off the top, and the zipper completely broke. Given how much I paid, I expected better quality and proper alterations. The zipper had already seemed weak when I first tried it on, but I had hoped it would last at least one wear. Now, with just one day before my flight for the wedding, I have no time to get it fixed. Even if I went back, I have no doubt they would blame me for the damages rather than taking responsibility.

This experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I regret not trusting my gut when I initially felt uncomfortable. If you’re not an expert negotiator, be prepared to overpay for subpar service and quality.
