I’m the guy who had wedding events at (Casa de lago ) in Aug/ 01/2021 . If you review your work you would know me . Look below I have asked the one which in the middle of the Picture, then I received the other dirty one with no back drob . And I have the conversation for the owner when he told me at my wedding day ( the thing which you asked it’s unavailable) ….so that fair!!!

My daughter's wedding was a dream everything was just as described workers were kind polite and respectful. Simply said it was worth every penny. Highly recommended

Hetal helped me and my family setup for my wedding on very short notice (less than four months time) in 2018. We have worked with him for every family wedding and his staff is very nice to work with during what can be a very stressful time. They took my number and texted updates during the setup the day of, and were extremely nice during my special day. High point: the DJ was excellent and worked with my super duper last minute song choices for entrances, and did an excellent job keeping the energy up for us to enjoy the dance floor. I added the setup of about 200 wedding favors, so had to Venmo the additional $125 fee. Hetal was super responsive with all the planning and adjustments but I wish I had waited to pay the last fee till they returned my tablecloths. We had our own centerpieces, tablecloths and favor bags that were Set up for us. The first of the only two hiccups was that the piping/structure was very exposed for my stage setup but thankfully the photographer I hired was excellent and she kept that part cut out in the photos. And then when my sister picked up the centerpieces a few days later, we never got our tablecloths back from Kumba Events. I assumed they would have the tablecloths since they packed up the centerpieces from the tables as well. The Hotel’s Coordinator helped me out with the tablecloths for my Valima a Day later, and assured me she and her staff did not store the wedding tablecloths (she provided props for the centerpieces as well so they only stored away what already belonged to the hotel). Anyway, Kumba Events told me they did not have them either and that they were not responsible for my tablecloths (which confused me since they had always returned those exact same tablecloths for the previous wedding events). It was a loss of at least $200 and there was no reimbursement. I tried to save on my wedding by buying my own centerpieces because you use the W-word vendors tend to hike up the prices and I would rather spend money on feeding my guests (having gone to larger, elaborate weddings with fancy stages where they end up running out of food and guests end up hungry). Unfortunately, after three family weddings, my family will forever remember mine as the one where the tablecloths evaporated. That is why I bothered Hetal about it two years later (terrible, I know).This stuff tends to bubble up during quarantine. The wedding was beautiful and I got to dance with my loved ones, which was all I wanted. But I would not work with Kumba Events again, because our own belongings were lost in the shuffle. I would not risk a repeat of that kind of oversight.

Kumba Events did an amazing job with mandap decor for our wedding! He was easy to work with and him and his team did an incredible job to make our vision come to life! They were all very prompt and had everything ready on time! Could not be more satisfied with their work! Will definitely work with Kumba Events again in the future!

I’d give Kumba 0 stars if I could. Kumba’s (lack of) professionalism was a complete & utter disappointment. Their inability to follow through with paid services makes for their poor & questionable business ethics. Especially when NONE of the decors arrived the day of our destination wedding (which we had spent 3 hours picking out in their storage unit). They ruined a moment so valuable & precious to us that we will never be able to get them back. We have no choice but to look back at the horror & embarrassment of an empty mandap/ reception hall witnessed by our guests and captured in photos & videos, forever. How heartbreaking & traumatic. All because of their poor business ethics. This the definite reason why we will -never- recommend or use Kumba for any future services ever again.

Also, forget receiving any proper form of apology for such an egregious mistake. Instead, the next day Kumba is posting lavish events they’ve hosted on their IG. Which we take as a personal insult, adding more salt to an open wound. Clearly, this company is far more concerned with events that puts money in their pockets than professional customer relationships.

To the owners: we wouldn’t go out of our way to make false accusations. For no apparent reason. As a matter of fact. Yes. A contract was indeed signed and Yes. A deposit was made. We can happily provide the copy to you and handle this situation in person, our preferred method.
