I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store. The designs are poorly replicated, and the fabrics are of subpar quality. Despite their inflated sense of self-importance, they don't even come close to the standards of other stores in the area. I drove all the way from Virginia and was met with rude behavior. When I requested to FaceTime my parents to help decide on the clothing, they refused and became unnecessarily hostile, citing vague store policies. The arrogance and lack of customer service are astounding. This store is nowhere near the level of Sabyasachi or Anita Dongre, but they act like they are. They have completely lost me as a customer, and I'm sure many others feel the same.

The pre-drafted responses they send are completely meaningless—they don’t actually follow up or address anything. It’s just a performative gesture to make future customers browsing the reviews feel reassured.

My experience with MISS INDIA was not the best, I went shopping for my sisters wedding, though the pieces they have are beautiful and a wide selection of dresses, when purchasing plz plz plz make sure the dress you purchase everything is intact. I tried on 3-4 dresses, and when I made a decision they 1) Suddenly up priced the dress 2) stones were already missing and more hanging by a thread, and they would not negotiate on a lower price even for something that has many faults. 3) I did choose a piece and I go to a trusted tailor that is located right by them, when I tried it on at the tailor, a ton more of stones fell off, even with how careful I was with putting it on and off.

Had an exceptional shopping experience at Miss India and was very happy with my purchases. A gentleman named Rakesh Sharma helped my brother and I with our outfits and was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The lady at checkout and her assistant were also helpful. The selection of outfits was awesome! Highly recommend Miss India to anyone looking to buy Indian outfits in Edison.
