I cannot say enough good things about this place and their service. I had a large multicultural wedding and sent all of my family and friends in the area to Ruby's. They have a wide selection of options and are incredibly accommodating. A number of my guests commented on how helpful it was to have their team's assistance and insight when purchasing Indian attire for the first time. Not to mention, while I had already purchased my bridal attire, I fell in love with one of their lehengas and added it as well as matching jewelry from Ruby's to my wedding weekend. They went above and beyond to help me with multiple rounds of alterations in an incredibly tight timeframe. I highly recommend this place.

Definitely agree with other reviewers about customer service. No one greets you, the ladies sit at the front and do not come to help you. When asking for help, one lady was very nice and tried to help us (2 stars given are for her) but the other one (who is the owner I believe) was rude, sarcastic and very unprofessional. She said they were too busy for alterations and when I politely asked when the dress could be altered by, she very rude said “well, what do you want me to do?” We basically left everything and walked out because of how rude she was. The selection is same as many other stores so would avoid unless really in a pinch.

Vast collection of indian/pakistani outfits and accessories including shoes, bangles, etc. for women and men at decent prices! Love the customer service where they provide free and quick alterations if required. Must visit for all your desi event/festive requirements!

P.S., They even agreed to take measurements even though I plan to use it to get sherwani stitched from overseas! Excellent customer relations service.

Ruby and her crew were amazing! My daughters and I were all able to get dresses with alterations in less than 2 weeks before the wedding, one of them required a significant amount of letting out and reconstruction. THEN to top it off, a friend forgot her sari blouse so we ran to Ruby's on the way to the wedding and they found her a blouse and altered it on the spot! Ruby then made sure our outfits and jewelry were all placed perfectly before sending us on our way.

Unprofessional, dishonest, sloppy work. Charged me excessively for adding pads to an Indian outfit by arguing that it would be a complex process to insert them between the 2 layers of fabric. When I picked up the garment on the eve of the event, all she had done was visibly attach the pads to the inside (not between the layers) with a single running stitch. Even I could have done that. When I pointed this out, she argued back that she had never said she would put it between the layers. I would not have left it with her or paid a hefty price if I had known that this is what she intended.
