I cannot get over how absolutely beautiful and stunning this store is. It’s like walking into the most beautiful home owned by someone who loves beautiful things. It’s magnificent inside even if you don’t buy anything, you feel like royalty inside. And the staff is so welcoming and friendly. You can take pics but no videos

A nice and elegant place. Decor is true Sabyasachi themed masterclass. They carry good selection of outfits and items but can’t really compare with what you will get in their shop in India. They do have limited selection of outfits based on the current style and season, home decor items are not available. With what they have, customer service is nice and staff is courteous. With a lot of tourist visiting the place, it gets busier sometimes and staff can have difficulty to know who’s genuinely there for shopping. You don’t need to reserve time ahead of time for fitting, walk-ins are welcomed.

Just went to this place, unbelievably well decorated, almost felt like a museum in a lot of ways. Great experience wandering the halls and just looking everything up and down. It almost feels a little like an afterthought to state that the collection, no matter if you are in the market for a bag, and outfit or jewellery is spectacular, my wife was hard pressed to decide between a couple of pieces.

We were able to walk away with a piece we feel is stunning and timeless, though it says a lot that that can be said about quite a few different pieces in the building .

The most showstopping and royal store I have ever visited. This is not just a store, it is a museum and that every tourist must visit during their trip to New York. Iman, one of the staff at the store, was so pleasant and fantastic to speak to. The bouncer was so kind too - amazing experience.
